Well, everyone extolls their support. For some reason I don't see it. I've bought 2 Mitras lx7 and a profilux4 in the last 2 months. Contacted ghl support and opened a ticket for a faulty temp sensor on profilux4. Temp sensor is reading 32 f. Heater sensor reading 78. Quite a few other issues going on also. To be fair though I've only contacted them on the temp sensor. Software issues. No moonlight since I've installed profilux. Not getting any reading on illumination channel 8 and 9 either. Things are not really gelling together as much as I'd like after spending just about 3k. How about it ghl support??????

Other issues since installing profilux 4:
Lights come on before what I programmed and turn off later than I programmed.
One voertech mp40 not following the specific program I programmed. It's recognized, just not following the program. Kinda think that's quite a few issues for brand new equipment.

Well, their manuals leave something to be desired. I figured out a lot of things without it being in the manuals. And I'm sure most of my issues are in programming. Took me a whole weekend to set the profilux up. I'm not running a doser. Just pumps, lighting and heating for now.
