Giant hermit crab (Considering)

Nice he should last a while then but just keep in mind he might grow outta the tank. Oh and once he is bigger like maybe the size of a scarlet hermit crab you should try feeding em some frozen shrimp once a week as they are always hungry.

I had to take one I got from a buddy out of a 180. It was in a huge conch shell and made me nervous clanging around on everything. If you could find a regular snail shell it wouldn't be bad, but there's only conch once you get to a certain size which adds a lot of width. It was like a regular hermit to me scavenging around. I scoured the Florida panhandle stores trying to find spare shells.

Oh yeah I forgot how hard it was to find large enough shells for him. I dont live near a beach so I couldnt look there I think I got two out of some ones collection that where big enough for him.
