Hi!

After not being in the hobby for a bit, I've jumped back in and just ordered myself a glass cages aquarium today through BRS.

For those who have ordered, what is the typical turn around time you experienced when you ordered? The website says 8-12 weeks (seems just a little long) however reviews said their ordered shipped quickly. Just wanted to get an idea of what to expect!

That is the timeframe Joe gave me when I ordered mine earlier this year. It was ready in about 9 weeks

our standard estimated build time is 8 to 12 weeks.

highly custom order should have an impact on this timeline.

When we rebuild our furniture studio and upgraded to fine craftsmanship furniture, we have received so much interest in our furniture. so much! its been incredible. So, we are having growing pains with our furniture side. Tanks are on the 8 to 9 week build time. furniture bumping the 12 weeks or a bit more.

$500 or 25%, the greater of the two.

currently, we are not able to rush wood stands. Too many in production. in about 60 days we will evaluation rush builds on stands again. We are getting there.
