How many holes do you think you could get out of a cutter when drilling through 1/4 glass?

Depends on the quality of the hole saw and how well you take care of it. I have one that has around 20 holes cut.

I bought 1 1/8 cutter from glass-holes.com to drill some 1/2 holes in some nano tanks.

It kills me to hear LFS,s charging $25 a hole and not including bulk heads or anything. I'm going to offer $15-20 per hole with the bulk head included on my nano,s.

As long as your using quality bits and you let the bit do it's job using even pressure and keep your bit wet I have some bits that are over 20 years old I still use and they cut great still.
