Ok short story glitter paint got into one of my buckets my wife had the glitter bottle pop and I guess some ended up in the bucket she washed it out but forgot to tell me!
Well tonight I was making new salt mix 5gal and I put the water into the tank as I was doing this I saw that there was a reflection from the glitter.

It’s not a large amount but I do think some got into the tank I’m running 3 bags of chemi pure blue and not sure what else to do.

Smh.

Try to fishnet as much out as you can and if for some reason corals/fish react negatively to it do large water changes

Also this was krylon glitter paint that got into the bucket. It’s been a week and a half since it was there.

Start with entrapment using a net and even a power filter (hang on the back) which will ingest and trap it. If you can see it on bedding and rock surfaces, siphon it up. You don't want fish ingesting this.
I have 8 buckets with lids which are saltwater ONLY. Make this a practice, and I have them in attic, nit where someone can grab it for convenience.
Looks like you found the ultimate xmas present for her - A BUCKET (good gag gift at least )

You can run a return pump in the display through some filter floss back to your display?

That would send glitter throughout the tank. The concept is to get it to settle then siphon it while it is sitting and settled. He needs to remove it, not send it stirring around through the tank
Running a return pump in display would do this :
