I used 250mg for 50g for about 7 days straight , worked well for me, I was nervous not using enough and prolonging any infection

I have about 35ish gallons of water in my system. Honestly I went a little less than 10mg per gallon of H20. I see no problem with ramping it up to 10mg per gallon. Cipro doesn't really do well against anaerobic bacteria so you really shouldn't worry about this huge die off in your sand and liverock.

Second dose of cipro went in last night. It was the first night I didn't find the GBTA into the overflow! Progress!

Last night was my third and final ciprofloxacin dose. I will continue to leave my skimmer cup off, and my activated carbon out of the system for 3 more days.

I am very happy to report the my GBTA for the first time has not moved over night and is staying put! It appears the ciprofloxacin really does help different colored Bubble tip anemones get along.

Hi guys just wanted to update everyone. Nem has moved once since my last post to this position. Sorry for the low light picture my lights are about to turn off. I believe that the anemone has definitely changed colors. My hypothesis is that the zooxanthellae inside the anemone had a die off and is now repopulating. Probably why it moved to a more shady spot. Hopefully will return to bright green again sometime soon.

Try feeding it foods containing zooxanthelle , reef roids , zooplankton , phyto
