What are you using to bait your trap? Are you only feeding in/thru trap?

I have IceCap medium and large Fish Traps, but there are numerous DIY and other options out there. I find it first trap goes in tank and left alone for a day or at least hours so fish get used to it, don't give them food except thru trap, I'll catch whatever I'm seeking (plus usually more than I was seeking ;) everyone likes food ;) )
