@SeaJay I can do that for Ya . This bulb color & what pleases my eye is a tuff choicefor me .
@ crabsmjones That's only 2 bulbs difference & at 25 bucks each , I can make the change. In fact I'm sure I have 2 Blue plus bulbs left over from the last change. Didn't think of that ! Thanks
Iv'e been to people's home where the tank is so blue , the only thing I can see is fluorescing corals . Either way here I go !

Ok done deal, I ordered some other stuff too. However 222.65$ later, I'm not happy as I "hate" spending money ! How in the world did I let You Folks talk me into this ?

Lol sorry but off all the people I could see you would do
The smurf blue color. :) we all get some algae even I do, I just have to scrub it off and keep it at bay. If my lazy tangs actually weee to look for food, they would find a lot of it lol. Nope they wait for me tk feed them every night. The lazy bums.

So what’s the decision. Did you settle on the bulb combo you will use? Dying to see a pic.

I need to get 4 t5 bulbs so I was hoping you had settled on a combo to take the guesswork out for me.
I am on the fence between using 2 coral plus a blue plus and an actinic OR 2 blue plus 1 coral plus and a purple.

I don’t like blue. did you happen to get a chance to compare the coral plus to the blue plus? I want to go with the less blue one. I can use my leds for the blues

I say, picking bulbs is so confusing.

Hey Folks here is you pic , I wasn't was not as blue as I thought , It looks pretty good. However I think it washes out the color of the fish . I may add one of the other coral plus bulbs . You really can't see the color with the pic.
Also the Par was the same . So no worries there . :)

I hung mine with 2 coral plus, a blue plus and a purple. I am using my 52 hd for more blues. I got and extra actinic, but thinking may be 2 blue.
