Would agree with the lack of support, it's been weeks since launch and we haven't had a response/fix for firmware. One would expect "simple fixes" to be completed within 24-48 hours IMO for a product this price intended for livestock. If the code is truly that bad that it's taking weeks, I am very concerned.
