Going to Cali, looking for stores to visit.

Hey all,

Im probably not in the right thread, but for all of us sps lovers im looking for good sports to visit while im in Cali. Obviously the sate is HUGE, but i figured i would see where the good ones are at and make a day trip of it. Appreciate any feedback and such.

Well if your coming to the SF Bay area there is Neptune Aquatics in San Jose and in Fremont we have Reef Raft USA. The are about 15 min apart.

Im going to be up in BigBear for a wedding so i think thats only about 2hrs away. I want to checkout RR. How is the store? Decent sized?

Sorry but Big Bear is about 6 or 7 hours away from RR USA in Fremont. Your going to be down south. Maybe someone from that area will chime in.

You can go to Ellis Aquatics they have everything and they have really good prices on everything even high end corals.

Try this place near Long Beach, CA. You might like it. It will be about a 4 hour drive for you. Coming down that mountain takes a lot of time, otherwise, you could make it in an hour and half.

Yes it would be worth the trip to drive down to San Diego to check out AquaSD. Southern California in general has an enormously high number of LFS all over the place.
