Gold torch question

I bought an indo gold torch from a LFS and apparently there are different kinds of gold torches depending on the color variation. What’s the difference between 24k gold torch and just gold torch. My torch was half gold half purple but it seems like the gold is taking over.

Seems like the 24k has gold tentacles all around, where the indo gold tentacles have gold on one side and purple on the other.
