Gold torch slowly dying?

It's about 2 in in front of the hammer. The retracting part is at the bottom which is approz 4 in away. Could be my other torch underneath? I thought when they have a warfare their tentacles will stick to each other?

Hmm yeah if you see sweepers then you know warfare is taking place. Yeah sometimes when they fight they’ll stick together.
