Golddwn Puffer Hitchhiker's

Good morning all. I have had my Golden Puffer for 4 weeks now. It was quarantined and whole 9 yards. This morning I noticed these around it's mouth and eyes.

Any idea and best treatment if possible

I recommend that you post this in the disease forum. Those could be parasitic isopods, but I don't know. They will know.

wow that's crazy. was that the 1st fish in your tank?

No the last. The oldest in the tank is from 2018 and it's a foxfire lo

I did. I got the help. He went through a formalin bath today.

Beautiful fish hopefully that works for you. I wanted a golden puffer for my FOWLR but I’ve read bad things about puffers and acrylic tanks

Thanks. It was my dream fish. I have a glass tank but what do they say about puffers and acrylic?
