Hi there!

I have this little captive bred goldflake, about 5-6cm that’s doing great. It has quite the attitude, even tries to stand up to the achilles haha.

This is my first rodeo with these guys and I’m wondering at what size the transformation to their adult colors are generally complete?
What kind of growth rate can one expect? Like most other midsized angels?

Thanks!

Nice!

How big is your tank?

I am planning a pair of Captive Bred Goldflakes once I have the room for a 200-220 gallon tank. Did you gets yours from Bali Aquarich? I’m getting mine from them.
It’s 150x70x50 so 520L.
The wholesalers was De Jong and I would imagine they got their stick from Bali, don’t know of anyone else breeding the on a commercial scale.
