Goni food, what are you using?

I have 6 frags of Gonis and I’m wondering what coral food to use.

so you bought 6 gonis and didnt research what to feed them before hand? Corals really dont need to be fed, they just need a stable mature system with the correct parameters to thrive

I guess my original post didn’t come out that great. I use reef roids right now and have been for the past 3 months, I was just wondering if there was something better or if reef roids was sufficient enough for them
