Goniastrea bubble

Just noticed this bubble that formed on my goniastrea. Couldn't find anything on a quick search, any idea what caused it?
 
Still cant upload, but it basically is a portion of one side of one of the ridges around a polyp that has inflated into a translucent bubble.

I have seen some other corals do that before on here, but I don't think there has been a definitive answer on what's causing it. One theory is too much light, but I don't think that is the case in this situation.

PS, that is a Coelastrea, not a Goniastrea
 
Thanks. Par is about 80 at this spot i think.
The only Thing that was a little different lately was i target fed some benepets 2 daya ago and a bunch of the polyps blew up abnormally large, way larger than normal after feeding. Other than that no idea
