I couldn't catch him if I had to, but is he eating my Goni?

He gets on it in the middle of the night and cleans it I guess. They have both been in the tank for 9-10 months.
I've seen him clean my green one before and didn't really pay attention to it. Both green and red Goni are flourishing.

It closes up at night anyway I think. The next day...beautiful! Thoughts

so i think it is very possible he is because i have had my goni destroyed and eaten by my emerald crab. if he isnt i would just assume he is just cleaning it.
