Goniopora ID. Question about flow

Hello. I have this Goniopora and want to know what specific type of goni it is. What about the best water flow? I heard that there are many types of this flower pot coral.

I don’t know which type of goni but for flow, it will happy as long as polyps are swaying. I find they are adaptable to the flow as long as there is enough for the polyps to sway.
