Goniopora Location

Hello everyone question where does everyone mount their Goniopora for the best results? Bottom, middle, top? what about flow? high, medium, low?

I have mine in or very close to the sand with very strong flow

Medium light 150 par medium random flow. On the rocks or the sand

Bottom to about ¼ up the tank height. Moderate flow
