Goniopora not doing well

Goniopora not doing well but since 7 days its looking like its going to die. Some polyps are out
Was doing fine for 3 weeks then we had a nitrate spike of 37 and it is going down now with nopox

Nitrate 19,9
Posphate 0
Salanity 1025
Alkalinity 190
Calcium 450

Tank is 10 months old

Agree 0 phosphates is not good. Nitrates 37 should not have been a problem. That one spot looks bad. Damaged or something? Funny off color skeleton showing towards the bottom of it. Looks like an infection to me.

How is the lighting and flow? This coral likes a good amount of random flow, the polyps should be constantly waving.
