Goniopora problems

Trying to get some help on what to do with my purple Goni. Noticed last few days he hasn’t been extended an today noticed some exposed skeleton and some brown around parts. Did some reading and I know they can be temperamental at times. Tank has been running great for 7-8 months and all other corals doing great.
Added this small colony about 3 weeks ago and has been looking fine besides few days here an there would be retracted. Have spot fed reef roids once a week and also dose phyto every other day and reef nutrition ab+ the other every other day.
I have some coral rx dip I thought about giving it a dip but unsure if would cause more stress or if that’s the best thing.

I use Red Sea coral pro salt, I Havnt done an icp test to see my iron levels. Should I look into adding back iron as trace element?
