Goniopora will not expand!

Goniopora not happy, parameters good ( Ithink ) 1.24 salinity, dkh 9, nitrate 5-10 ppm water flow moderate, Al hydra lights moderate, cal 300 ppm. Placementment in tank midway. What other things should I focus on? In tank for over 2 weeks now

Your calcium is too low. NSW is about 420 ppm.

Run a test on your magnesium as well.

Typically keeping salinity at 1.026 SG (35ppt) will help with parameters such as alkalinity, calcium and magnesium
