Good Digi growth for 3 weeks?

Just picked up this German Digitata Frag Oct 5th. Growth from then till now, thinking pretty good growth and curious on the pattern of new branches forming. This is in a 125g on the sand bed running Neptune Sky lights.

Thinkin it's reaching for the sky! Pun intended lol. I'd think about putting it up on some rocks for it to get some more light, looks like it's "reaching for the sky". But a good bit of growth for a short time!

Interesting, Mine fully encrusted the frag plug (it was just one tiny skinny stick) then it shot off shoots from that. When I mounted it an (250 ish par) it then went to town. What is your flow? I think if you have high flow it will encrust first, low flow, it will do what yours is doing.
