So glad I found this thread, makes me smile. Woke up to news that the assisted living facility across the street has a cluster of covid. The average age in Green Valley is 75 so.....Anywho does anyone know why hermits do this? I am thinking social distancing when your exoskeleton is still soft after a molt.

My crabs do it to, it drives me nuts.

Nice! I like all of the pictures!

Thanks for the feedback! It was a fun little project and it didn't break the bank since I had a few of the pieces already ;Woot I'll probably move my storm clown over sooner rather than later because he's been getting bullied by a longfin fairy wrasse in my other tank.

Sounds like a good choice on several levels!

Good morning.
I am putting new faucets in the master bath. The utter joy of taking apart 25 year old plumbing while standing on your head.
The new faucets are truly amazing. 500 parts of plastic, steel, bronze and plastic. I hope they last at least 2 years.

Put in a new sink, garbage disposal and plumbing for a friend of my wife's the other day. This was my reward. Don't do what I did. ;) 20200407_063935.jpg

I'm a bald guy by choice, Isn't it amazing how much just a little hair cushions the dome?

If I think about it hard enough, I can vaguely recall having hair for cushioning! :)

Another positive point of having hair is the protection it provides from the damaging affects of the sun. Below is a pic of my 86 year old father's head after having some sun-caused cancer removed. (WARNING; not for the squeamish.)

Good morning. With all of this time at home I am discovering new avenues for entertainment. Who knew that playing hide-and-seek with your cat could be a thing?
