The babies went home late last night. And so it begins. It will probably be a long while before we get to go see them. I noticed they are left and right babies.

Chewie and Dyson seem happy about the new additions.

I bought a "floor model" for 200$ off retail and they threw in 2 bags of pellets for missing one of the 2 temp probes. I honestly cannot find a ding or dent in it for a floor model. Pit boss 1100 pro, got rid of the old beat up gasser, and electric smoker.

Pellet smoker, so I have pit boss competition blend(hickory, maple, and cherry) that they threw in at Lowes for missing a temp probe.

I got some pork belly burnt ends for dinner, and some pork ribs getting all happy in the fridge right now for tomorrow.
