I miss sleep right now. Only 4 more hours of work then a solid 10 - 12 hours of sleep. Hopefully I will be caught before my weekend.

Speaking of hot things that are good for you. Eat some Kimchi
a staple in Korean cuisine, is a traditional side dish of salted and fermented vegetables, such as napa cabbage and Korean radish

Supposed to be full of probiotics. I love the stuff.

After we were married my wife took me back to Morgantown where she graduated from to visit her old roommate who had stayed for graduate school. We went out for Chinese. The restaurant was closed the next day. It was in the paper. I never forgot what I ordered that day. It was so good. Interesting texture to the meat though.
