Congratulations to the people that discovered a huge living coral field on the Great Barrier Reef! Discovered by "Citizen Scientists".......just like us. Let's hope that this is a sign of healing for the Reef. If it dies, so do we all. Way to go Kiwis. With love and respect from the USA.

That is cool! Thanks for sharing!

Good news but I'm not as optimistic.

They won't save that reef until they end coastal living and beach tourism.

Where there is no man the reefs are amazing. My cousin who is a Navy Diver tells me all the time. He has even dove Bikini Atol. You go in the water and can't see because of all the fish and that place was hit with a bomb.

Sorry. Rest assured we love you all. Tasmania too. How can you not love a place that produced Yahoo Serious.
