Diamond goby and a yellow head sleeper goby together in a 90. If not which is a better sifter

Only bad if you like for your sand bed to stay at the bottom, otherwise you're going to have sand everyyyyyyywwheeeeerrreeeee.

I believe the diamond goby is the tamer of the two and will stick towards the bottom mostly.

+1 The sleeper goby we had loved to bring sand everywhere in the tank. Very cool fish though, ate everything offered and was always willing to greet you.....with sand of course. Lol
