Good videos of proper SPS flow?

Anybody know of any good videos where you can see turbulence at the waters surface as well as around the coral polyps? Maybe a softie in the video too for comparison? I’m just trying to gauge my flow.

What is in the water column? Had you just fed reefroids or something? What is in the water column>? Thanks.

I don't know if I fed them then but I always have a few things swirling around in my water due to the flow. Some of it is bubbles. The tank is old and has a lot of "stuff" in it.

I picked that particular video so you could see the flow.
