Gorgeous Fish ID

Caught this fish in Phuket Thailand, around 3 or so years ago and thought it was beautiful and just found the photo, wonder what species it is and if its tank worthy, absolutely beautiful though. Looks like some sort of goby but I wasn't reverse image search it though.

Bluegill Longfin, Plesiops corallicola. Some people keep them; the thread below has some good info, but basically mini-grouper is an apt description from what I've read (so choose big tank mates that won't nip at them):
