Gorilla crab

I've been noticing my corals knocked over for the last couple weeks. Well a few nights ago I noticed that I have a gigantic gorilla crab in my tank. This thing is easily 3 to 4 inches across. What's the easiest way to get him out of there. I tried the inverted soda bottle and actually put 2 of them in different parts of a tank for the past few nights but he won't go in them. I have over 200 pounds of live rock in my tank so I'd rather not pull out all of the rock.

I found one in my tank after 2 years and I never knew it was in there. I stuck a chunk of mysis in the sand with the lights off. I then scooped him out with a net.
