Crab hitched a ride in

This guy has been digging holes in the sand all over my tank. Doesn’t climb the rock, just stays on the sandbed in his cave. Took me 3 days to catch him! Guessing by the look of his claws he is not a good guy for the display so I popped him in my sump. Any thoughts on type? He’s not hairy so figured not a gorilla crab - maybe a mud crab?
