60 cube. Been stable setup for a little less than a year. I put a baseball size Goni in the tank about 2 months ago. For 5 weeks ish the Goni was doing great fully extending during daylight and so forth. About 3 weeks ago one of my clowns decided it all of sudden wanted the Goni as it’s new home. The Goni did not like it. I tried to put a net over it but the clown kept getting in.
I made a fish trap and used the Goni as “bait” and I did trap the clown that was harrasing it. Yesterday I noticed a jelly like substance forming at the base. It is translucent almost and clear to light purple In color.
Is due to stress or is it worse? Any treatment advice or just watch?
