Got a neon torch need help

Okay so I got this torch from a guy online for some reason it took 3 days to ship to me when he was only 2 hours away driving. Judging this picture is this normal. It's still throwing it's feeder mouth out every 5 second is this normal. Also a couple of it tenticals came off.

Doesn't look too good. It's possible that it will make it, but currently it isn't looking too hot.

Torch is going to be toast. Lots of tentacles are falling off one whole side looks like it's ripped but the mouth is still feeding good. Figure it is gone anyways so I desided

to put 3 drops of revive in the water with it to see what happens

That center is not part of the torch. It's a totally separate animal (type of barnicle) that can live peacefully with the host, usually.
