It was hanging around the nem when i was acclimating and i didn't know nem also host crab, now i wonder if i put them in the tank and nem hosts crab, then what about my clownfish.

Now let's see that bta:)

While i was acclimating it was moving around the rock, as soon as i put them in the DT, its gone behind the rock almost, I will try take pic if its outside in the morning.
Its a green bta, nothing fancy.

He'll be good for your nem. Your clowns will be fine.

wouldn't it bother or eat coral and its reef safe right?
Porcelain crab is as safe as it gets. They will hide in/around what ever they can find, hammers, anemones, mushrooms and so on. Don't worry if the clowns push him out. He will find another spot to filter feed at. My sexy shrimp do the same thing.

I kicked 2 of mine out of my small tank, they wouldn't leave my long tent alone, he hated that. Now ones under my hammer coral and the others on a power head.

Green bta are beautiful. Don't sell yours short. You already have a cool symbiotic relationship with your nem and crab too!

I did put it in the DT, thanks for all the feed back.
I put the BTA last night and this morning i see one of my clown hosting. the bta moved to the rock facing behind the tank and I couldn't get shot, will try turn the rock sometime next few days and will get pic.

The reason i went with green becaz of color contrast with orange clown and green nem.

thanks all.

An Update:

2 days later i added to DT, I see its split. Is it a good thing or not?
I got this becaz it was like 4-5" in size, now that its split its around 3" and another like 2" and my clown even make them shrink becaz they always lie on top of it.

Also the bta's are straight right under Kessil A360WE at mounted 8" above surface level. BTA is in the middle height of the tank about 7" below the surface. Ramp up starts at 10am and reach white at 53% and 55% blue at 2pm, then steady until 6pm, then ramp down to 10pm.

Is this enough light for the bta, or should i increase?
