got some nitrate zero phosphates in my tank

My tank is showing 5 ppm nitrate and 0 phosphate but i got green film algae taking over the tank i started the tank 1 month ago got 3 fish in it 2 clowns and a wrasse also got few zoas i used salifert test kits how do i get my phosphates up i have increased the feeding
 
Post a photo of your tank. I wouldn't increase feeding to help solve the problem. Your algae is eating your NO3 and PO4. Clean the green algae from the tank
