I actually ran out of cipro it’s on the way so I will be using merto to treat this batch it is what I use to treat my tropical frogs that come in from South America I have used it on nems In The past but never really documented it

I have used metro also in the past with success, as long as they were not super sick.

I definitely agree it works when they are not in terrible shape I think it’s less harmful as a just in case treatment when the nems look okay but you want to be on the safe side :)

Do you use the same dose as cipro?

Nice! I believe most yellows are just really robust greens lol. Here’s a pic of my “yellows” today. All mine are still recovering from bleaching.

Very nice! I do think they are a variant of the green but I’ve definitely seen a lot of bleached greens that don’t look like yellows all. They also can change color significantly given time a different light spectrum and amino acids :)

Yes I agree. The yellow on the right is from a guy on RC years ago, you can look him up, his name was Robbie I think his handle was reef1589 (I think) my friend Pete handle ptr13 bought it from Robbie and I got it from Pete. They’ve both got pics from probably a decade ago on RC that would show the green color it used to be. It’s the green (yellow) on the right. If you find pics, post them please, I’m bad at research. You’ll see the deep forest green it used to be. But yes I agree, environmental influence and conditions will change the colors.

I also have a blue that walked and got cozy under that same green anemone, and now it’s gone from blue to half green and half blue. I’ll try to get pics when it comes out from under it. Total color change.

My yellow now has a more green look under blues. If I just run the halides only without the LED bars, it looks yellow in person. My phone blows out colors, so crap pic, but this is with halides only.
