Gramma still kicking! Please help with Seachem Cupramine dose

Last night the gramma looked like a goner. Completely covered in spots, glass surfing, then lying on the sand not moving. Woke up to expect to go find the carcass and she comes flying out at feed time. Was even eating. Ive got my QT up and running and dosed 1 mL as directions say, but I remember reading on here that I should dose therapeutic level right off the bat if the fish already showed signs. Should I wait the 48 hours? All the Fish are still eating after the first dose as of now. Even the gramma. I don’t know the exact levels bc of course api isn’t registering. I ordered a low range Hanna checker off Amazon but it won’t be here probably until Monday.

Its a tough call without being able to measure levels. Hopefully someone with more experience will chime in

You should try to get to a full calculated dose right away. I don’t use cupramine, so you’ll need to rely on the bottle instructions.
