Grape caulerpa as a hydroponic food source

A Philippino friend posted a picture of her dinner on facebook. To my surprise it was a plate full of grape caulerpa.

In the east it's called sea grapes and is eaten regularly. Instead of discarding clumps out of our refugiums, it can be grown and harvested as a food source for you and your family.
