Downsized from a 90 gallon tank, that had been up and running for almost 15 years. New tank is a 32.5 gallon. I moved over most of the rocks and 85% of the water. Didn’t use old substrate. 3 fish have died. Not sure what happened. Any thoughts?

Moving things over doesn't always mean that the tank is ready. The tank will usually still go thru a mini cycle. Unfortunately, their is always a chance that you will still loose a few things in a tank transfer.
