I just got a green carpet anemone and I was wondering what lights I should keep on. I have 4 54 watt t5's 2 are actinic blue and 2 are 10,000k white should I keep them all on during the day or alternate?

S. haddoni?

What size tank?

What lights was it under?

Assuming that you don't need to acclimate it to your lights, I would use all 4 -- does your fixture have individual reflectors?
What brand fixture? What brand of bulbs?

Yes and 4 54 watt HO t5's 2 are 10000k and the others are actinic blue an its a 90 gallon with a 30 gallon sump

Defiantly use all 4 bulbs --- for that size tank, with that fixture/bulbs it is going to be borderline enough light.

HOW MUCH DOES A FISH’S FEEDING REQUIREMENTS AFFECT YOUR STOCKING DECISIONS?
