No one seemed interested after about 10 mins. She’s just so tiny I can see why they think she’s food! I put her in just a few minutes before lights out.

Great system and beautiful. Hopefully, it has copious pods and she can get her strength back and put some weight on in the 180g.

Please keep us updated.

That’s a huge tank and nice btw. With that said I think there is sufficiently enough places for her to hide and thrive. After running today at 40 perecent I would think you are ok to put your tanks pumps back to normal she will find a spot that’s safe and not to turbulent. Please keep us posted

In the second video, she seemed much better than she looked in the first video.

Has her appetite picked up and is she doing okay today?

Keeping my fingers crossed for both you and her.

She is in the main DT. I hope she isn’t lost forever. The videos were only a couple minutes apart. She got a little pep in her step. Lol

Thank you - love the tank and just hoping to get it to where I can keep corals better now that my stock list is full for fish.

Thanks for all of the comments and help. We r heading out of town for the day. I know where she is hiding. Leaving them run at 40% for now. Will turn then back to normal tomorrow.

I’ll keep you updated!

@Mini Coop I hope your 'Hummingbird' of the ocean is doing well. :)

Hey there. First - I have never heard them called that - and it’s perfect! I ❤️ Hummingbirds. Now I want one even more. Lol.

I have not seen her at all since she went into the main tank.
I’m hoping she found a bunch of the copepods I put in and a good hiding spot. Time will tell. I had a wheelers shrimp goby disappear for 2 entire months and showed back up one day. So who knows.... fingers crossed.

Fingers crossed for you, my friend. I adore dragonettes. Wanna hear something strange? I had a beautiful Melanurus wrasse disappear and thought to be a goner since I hadn't seen it in ~10 months or so...maybe 10 years ago. Went to sell the tank and found it in the O.F. Put it in the DT of my 300g and it did fine. I felt terrible but happy to find it healthy.

No luck yet. The other weird thing is that I haven’t seen my serpent star in a while. I’m wondering if he died and that may have effected my nitrate spike that I had ... but I would also think that I would have seen pieces of him if he did....

I’ve got a scooter blenny thriving, so I’m sure I’ve got a good established tank. No clue how many pods, but I seed the sump. I’ll buy a couple more bottles and seed again tomorrow.

Started transfer process now!
How do you seed your sump? Do you do it at night with all the pumps off?
