Hi neighbor! Thank you so much! What’s your favorite fish store in the area?!

I’ve been going to Aquarium & Reef Center (both Cape Coral and Fort Myers locations) primarily. Seven Seas in Cape Coral is an amazing newer store with lots of equipment in stock all the time. It’s also a licensed aquaculture facility with a ton of coral.

Boardroom in Fort Myers is great too. They carry lots of chemicals and smaller equipment as well as lots of aquascaping materials and can usually source specific fish on request.

Not a huge fan of the store down towards Naples. They charge quite a bit more than the other stores and the quality isn’t any better. Saltwater Solutions however does have a ton of cultured live rock (CaribSea type) if you need it for any reason.

Hi everyone! So excited to join the group as we start our new reef journey

We’ve had our reef tank for about 2 months now and have two clowns (traditional and storm) one cleaner shrimp with snails and hermit crabs. So far so good! We’re hoping to add coral soon

Looking forward to meeting and learning from you all!

Welcome! Glad you joined.

Have you considered starting your build thread? I found its a great place to document my tank's evolution for myself. I started tank first then joined, so I'm still finding myself going back collecting pictures & updating historically as well as current state. Once you create your first post in your thread and link it to your account, they will give you build badge (look left, under my ID)

This might help you find people local to you:

This is a good reference book type online article I still review:
