Growing or dying?

Bought this coral awhile back, and it seems to be growing a lil here and there i think. Im just curious if its dying, or if its growing because if it is new growth its not fuzzy like the rest.

Those don't look like growth tips, looks like dying to me.

Are you talking about all the white areas? If so, looks like it is bleaching to me.
