Something appears to be growing on this zoa i received. I circled it in red. Amy ideas?

i would agree, zoa eating nudibranch eggs. you can scrap them off. maybe evern dip the frag. is it a new frag? do you have other zoas? you may want to inspect them as well as keep an eye out for adult nudi. they can be hard to miss as they will blend into the zoa that they are eating on.

New frag. I dipped it coral rx before putting in my tank and nothing came off.

the dip wont kill the eggs you will have to remove them by hand. use a dull knife , like a butter knife, and scrape them off.

The photo isn't too clear but if I had to guess I would say it looks like a sundial snail which unfortunately does eat zoas. A good dip in something like coral RX will do the trick though.
