Growth?

I have been letting my tank cycle for probably 2 weeks now. Trying to keep a lighting schedule as well. There's nothing in the tank except 60 lbs of argnoite and 40 lbs of live sand. I have this orangish looking growth showing up on the sand. What could it possibly be?
