Growths near favia

They've been there since I've owned the favia for about 3.5 months. I haven't noticed the favia close up or act stressed out so I assume this is a safe critter. I was just looking to learn more about it if anyone knows what it is!

colonial hydroids…
generally not a good thing
and your favia won’t grow over them.

Should I pick them off with tweezers or will they grow back? Super glue over them?
