GSP Dead or Alive

Hi Reefers,
So I bought this GSP a couple of days ago and it has yet to open up. It was originally on a frag plug which I removed it. I don’t have any experience with gsp. Do you folks think this GSP is dead?? All my other frags are doing well (Zoas, hammers, torches, scoly, lobo’s). It’s getting some water flow, light, and I looked to see if it had any algae or anything on it and see nothing.

Parameters:
Temp:77-78
Salinity: 33.6
Alk: 7
Phosphate: 0.02
Nitrates: 5

It's alive.
Watch your phosphate though, it is a bit low and in the margine of error of being zero...
