Hello all my GSP has been doing great for months but for some reason this one looks like this. Other GSP around the tank is fully open as well as my polyps and Kenya tree. Any thoughts what could be bothering this !?

To be honest, I cannot see anything wrong with it. Just looks to me like its spreading fast and has enough room to grow. Usually new polyps are smaller and more sensitive in my opinion.

Ya i dont see any debris on its mat or any vermitid snail webs that would bother it. Looks pretty normal to me but corals do strange things some times. Just close for no reason only to open a week later.

Looking back to your reefing roots: Did you start with Instant Ocean salt?
