Hey everyone! I bought a rock with a nice purple mat of GSP on it. The GSP was opening completely fine after I bought it. Then I brushed the top with a toothbrush because someone told me I should due to algae. This is when it stopped opening. The next day it opened some more and it then got knocked my a snail. It was getting knocked everyday for about 4 days so I glued it down. It is now opening on the side but not fully on the top.

Parameters:
0 ammonia
0 nitrites/nitrates
1.025 salinity
Tank is about 1 and 1/2 months old

Tank:
Fluval Evo 13
Dry rock and live sand

Stock:

2 ocellaris clownfish
1 yellow clown goby
3 cleaner snails
1 GSP
1 Euphyllia Torch (doing great)

Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks!

Phew that’s good. He had only been glued now for 5 days so fingers crossed he will start to open again.
